Chocolate Salami

This treat is an instant favorite every time we make it.  There is not exact recipe as we have changed it every time.  

Mix dried fruit, chopped nuts and broken biscotti bits into melted chocolate.  We have made dark, milk, and white chocolate salami and all tasted great.

Stir the mixture until it is thick and starting to set along the sides of the bowl.

Pour onto cling wrap and form into a log.  Shaping with the tightness of the wrap.  Remember salami has wrinkles.

Once hard remove the wrap and coat in powdered sugar.  

Slice and enjoy!
